Dr Clive Britten Burden
Cause of his death was Railway Accident in England. General Notes: Clive died as a result of a railway accident in London where he was on sick leave, convalescing after an attack of trench fever and measles contracted while on duty in the trenches in France where he was attached to the 6th Field Ambulance, he had previously been attached to the 1st Australian Base Hospital in Rouen but was transferred at his own request to the front. He died at St George's Hospital in London 8th May 1917. Medical Notes: While on sick leave, fell from railway station platform and was hit by train. He is buried in Brookwood Military Cemetary, Surry England Plot XI Row E Grave 5. Noted events in his life were: • Fact 1: Fact 1. Educated at Prince Alfred College, Adelaide • Fact 2: Fact 2.
