Mary Jones married Phillip Henry Burden in England, they came to Adelaide,year unknown. When Phillip died she married the Hon J.H.Barrow member of Parliament for East Torrens in Adelaide, he became Treasurer of the state. Mr Barrow founded the Advertiser in Adelaide and he was the editor and chief proprietor at his death on August 22nd 1874. Mary later married Bengamin Cowderoy a business leader in Victoria
