Cause of his death was Died of wounds received at Gallipoli. Medical Notes: He was tranfered to the Citadel Hospital in Cairo where it was discovered that he was suffering from a severe form of enteric, due to the fever an operation to remove the bullet was not done. Noted events in his life were: • Fact 1, 12 Sep 1915. Jack was wounded at Gallipoli • Fact 2: Fact 2, 14 Dec. Jack was repatreated to England where he died of his wounds soon after • Fact 3: Fact 3. Jack is buried in Streatham Cemetary, Tooting. |
